What is The Third Divide?
The Third Divide is a sci-fi first-person shooter where players choose one of three factions and battle for control over Velheim, a planet rich in the resource Veltrium.
When will the game be available?
We’re working toward our Alpha phase which currently does not have a date set. Anyone who purchases the game during the Alpha phase will receive early access, followed by broader availability at full release.
Will there be a free-to-play option?
Yes! A free to play version of the game will be available after release, allowing players to experience the game up to Level 10. However, free players will not be able to serve as squad leaders, earn levels in the Command track or join a Company.
How will the game be monetized after release?
We’re committed to keeping the game free from microtransactions and pay-to-win mechanics. Instead, we’ll offer a seasonal battle pass that allows players to support ongoing development while unlocking new in-game events, cosmetics, and content. Once a season ends, that content will gradually become available to the broader player base; ensuring fair access without exclusivity walls.
How do I support the game now?
You can support development by purchasing one of our early access tiers or by joining us on Patreon for exclusive perks and playtest access.
What platforms will the game be on?
Our initial release will be for PC.
